Story

Sonja operates a homestead style permaculture farm,practicing organic methods for over 30 years. She produces 100% grass-fed beef produced with rotational grazing, and pastures her lamb, pork and chicken. The veggies she grows are heirloom varieties and seeds are saved whenever possible. The farm's philosophy is "We believe that through "organic" farming and conscientious planning we can conserve our natural resources, build living soil, minimize water, air and soil pollution, create bio-diverse and healthy ecosystems, feed people and build a stronger community."
