Wyoming Heritage Grains

Red Fife is a lower protein hard red wheat, great for all

baking. Not high in gluten so use whole grain to help give

structure for bread. Nutty, cinnamon taste.

 

All of our wheat is grown on our family farm in Powell, Wyoming.

We slow stone mill all of our wheat to keep nutrition intact.
