- 5 avocados, mashed
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 pears, cubed
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Mash avocado, then fold in remainder of ingredients.
- Serve with jicama (peel and dust with salt, pepper, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning)
