Mango with Cilantro, Lime & Chile Powder

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced into cubes
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 tsp. New Mexican chile powder
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup shaved unsweetened coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Arrange mango in an even layer on a serving platter. Sprinkle with lime juice, chile powder, and salt. Garnish with cilantro and coconut.
