Mango with Cilantro, Lime & Chile Powder
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced into cubes
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/3 tsp. New Mexican chile powder
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch cilantro leaves
1/4 cup shaved unsweetened coconut
1. Arrange mango in an even layer on a serving platter. Sprinkle with lime juice, chile powder, and salt. Garnish with cilantro and coconut.
