Broccoli Carrot Salad


  • 1 lb broccoli, chopped into mini florets
  • 1 bunch carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne 


  1. Add the broccoli florets to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped (or use a knife to chop into small chunks). Mix together in a large bowl with the carrots, raisins and sunflower seeds.
  2. In another small bowl mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, cinnamon, and cayenne until well blended and smooth. Mix the dressing with the broccoli and carrot mixture. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
